Qualification for admission:
- Admission is granted to: Retail buyers of finished jewelry whose primary business is the purchase and resale of finished jewelry.
The following buyers qualify for admission:
- Retail members of State Affiliate; Chicago Jeweler Association, Women's Jeweler Association-Twin Cities, Women's Jeweler Association-Midwest, WHA.
- Retails members of Jewelers of America;
- Company listed in JBT as a retail jeweler.
If you do not meet the above qualifications for admission, you must provide ALL of the following documentation:
- Copy of your store lease or photograph of inside and outside of store;
- Copy of your sales tax certificate;
- Copies of invoices totaling $10,000 or more for multiple purchases of finished jewelry made within the past year
Admission is NOT granted to:
- Guests;
- Non-exhibiting manufacturers;
- Individuals operating businesses from home;
- Individuals operating mall kiosks
Advance Registration:
- Advance registration is strongly recommended;
- Registration must be received by March 5, 2007;
- Badges will not be mailed out: you must pick them up at the registration desk;
- Buyers will have to present a photo ID and check stub, paycheck, W-2 form, sales tax ID number, membership card, 1099 form, or store check made payable to a buyer
On-site registration:
- Only open to retailers of finished jewelry;
- Qualifications must be met or documentation provided as noted on form
Complete Information Required:
- Incomplete or improperly completed forms will NOT be processed;
- Please type or print clearly to ensure accurate processing;
- First and last names must be submitted in full. Forms with initials will not be processed;
- ONE form per company; please photocopy if additional space is required. Don't forget to photocopy for your records;
- If your company operates under one name and is D.B.A. under another name, you must choose only one name for your badges;
- Submit all information necessary for qualification for admission;
- Indicate which events you will be attending. (This is important for function counts)
